Production & Quality

Aluminum plates, printed and finished to your drawing

Sign bodies are cut and formed from aluminum plate on site, typeset to your drawing and checked against your artwork before the batch runs. Reflective sheeting and mounting are specified per site.

Project orders are sorted, labeled and packed by location before dispatch, so every sign reaches the right position on site.

Process — how it is made

  • Aluminum plate cut and formed to the ordered thickness — 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm or 1.2 mm — with rounded corners to prevent scratches during installation.
  • Artwork typeset to your drawing, including multilingual text in English, Spanish, Arabic, French and more.
  • Symbols laid out to ISO 7010 and ANSI Z535 before printing, so each sign reads correctly to the standard it is specified against.
  • Reflective sheeting fitted where the site needs it, and mounting prepared to order: pre-drilled holes, U-channel bracket compatibility or adhesive backing.
  • Project packages handled as one order: send your item list and we produce, sort and label the signs for each location.

Inspection — how it is checked

  • Plate thickness and dimensions checked against the drawing on every batch.
  • First-article approval: the first sign of a run is checked against your artwork — symbol proportions, text, spelling and color — before the batch continues.
  • Aging tested: long-duration UV and salt-spray testing on the finished system, with an outdoor service life of 5–10 years.
  • Print and finish check at the end of the run, so the last sign matches the first one.
  • Packing check per location: signs are counted, sorted and labeled before dispatch.
