Manufacturing Capability

Manufacturing capability, seen from inside the factory

Electrical safety equipment made in Shijiazhuang, Hebei since 1996 — our own workshops, our own lines and our own testing, so specification, cost and lead time are controlled on one site.

Workshop & Production Lines

Seven production lines under one roof

Material is staged at the line, formed and assembled in-house, then finished and packed on site — one schedule from raw material to the loading bay.

Insulating operating rods

Insulating operating rods assembled and finished in our production workshop, on the same site as the FRP profiles.

FRP profile workshop and adjoining warehouse

FRP profile workshop

Glass-fibre reinforced plastic profiles are pultruded and stored on site, which keeps the ladder, scaffold and rod programmes on one schedule.

Semi-finished goods

Semi-finished parts staged between processes, tracked by production order.

Sheet handling at the line

At the feed and take-off station the continuous sheet is led over the rollers, and the operator steadies the edge by hand before the material moves on.

Heavy workshop bays with overhead crane coverage

Capacity & Work in Progress

Capacity that is planned, not promised

Repeat orders and customised orders run through the same lines, planned per order and measured against committed lead times.

Our capacity comes from what we own: 525 employees across 7 production lines, in 80,000 m² of manufacturing buildings inside a 1,200,000 m² industrial park. Standard programmes — insulating mats, gloves, insulating rods, ladders and grounding assemblies — run as repeat batches, while one-off assemblies are built to drawing on the same floor.

  • 7 dedicated production lines

Dedicated lines for mat production, glove processing, FRP profiles, insulating rods and grounding assembly — not a general workshop that switches tooling per order.

  • ERP-tracked production planning

Production orders are planned and tracked in our ERP, so part-finished work and committed lead times are visible to the sales team.

  • Batch traceability through work in progress

Work in progress is held against the production order, so finished goods trace back to the material batch they were produced from.

Casting and machining in-house

Alloy components cast and machined on site for our operating-rod and grounding assemblies, so tolerances are held without an outside supplier in the chain.

Warehouse & Dispatch

Stock, packing and dispatch on the same site

Raw material, work in progress and finished goods are held in the same complex, so orders are packed and loaded without a third-party warehouse in between.

Showroom

The whole range, on display in one room

The showroom brings the range together in one room — insulating mats, gloves, insulating rods, ladders and grounding assemblies — so buyers can compare models, finishes, marking and packing side by side. Visitors work through the display against their own drawings before a trial order is placed, and the samples on show come straight from current production rather than from a catalog. It is the quickest place to settle a specification question, because the item can be handled and measured on the spot.

Quality Control & Testing

Checked at every stage, not only at the end

Each order is checked against the drawing and the standard that applies to it — at incoming material, in process, and before the goods are released for shipment.

Incoming material inspection

Raw materials and bought-in components are checked against the specification before they are released to the line.

In-process checks

Each production order is checked at the defined stages of the process, with results recorded against the order.

Factory acceptance testing

100% dielectric tested before shipment, with third-party testing (SGS / TUV) supported on request.

Standards and documentation

Production is run to the standards our products are specified against, and every shipment is traceable from the raw-material batch to the delivered goods. Third-party testing (SGS / TUV) is supported when a project requires an independent report.

IEC 61111IEC 61243-1IEC 61230ASTM D178REACHRoHSISO 9001CE

Test reports and certificate copies are available on request during qualification or tender processes.
