Description
FRP/GRP safety warning post marker for marking buried power cables, gas pipelines, optical fibre, water pipes and protected boundaries such as ecological reserves and woodland edges.
Corrosion resistance: resistant to water, petrol, alcohol, bitumen and other corrosive substances, and suitable for acidic or alkaline soils.
Sun and fade resistant: the surface coating keeps its colour under long-term outdoor sunlight, reducing later maintenance cost.
High strength and durable: FRP has good impact resistance and ageing resistance, so it stands up to demanding outdoor environments better than concrete or plastic posts.
One-piece moulded cap: impact and weather resistant, and not easy to work loose in long-term outdoor use.
Clear marking: clearly printed surface text makes on-site identification and safety warning straightforward.
Customisable: size, height, colour and printed text or logo can be customised — for example for gas, power, water or ecological boundary marking.
Maintenance-free: no painting or rust-proofing needed; dirt washes off with water.

Production & Quality
Pultruded, printed and capped in-house
FRP marker posts are pultruded on our own line, printed with your text and fitted with the one-piece molded cap before they are packed. No part of the post is bought in as a finished article.
Process — how it is made
- Post body pultruded from fiberglass-reinforced plastic with a 3–5 mm wall.
- Cut to the ordered height: 1000 mm as standard, with 700 mm also available.
- Surface printed with the text and logo of your choice, then finished with the UV-resistant coating that holds its color outdoors.
- One-piece molded cap fitted: impact and weather resistant, and not easy to work loose in long-term outdoor use.
- Size, height, color and print customized per order, so gas, power, water and ecological boundary marking all run on the same line.
Inspection — how it is checked
- Wall thickness and outside dimensions checked at cutting, against the drawing for that order.
- Print check on the first post of a run and again at the end: text, logo, spelling and color position are all verified against the approved artwork before the batch is released.
- Cap fit checked by hand on a sample from each run — the cap must seat fully and hold without adhesive.
- Surface coating checked for coverage and uniformity, because the coating is what keeps the post readable after years outdoors.
- Final count and packing check: posts are counted and packed 102 x 32 x 32 cm at 8.5 kg gross.
